Delicious creative cuisine is prepared by our executive Chefs from tempting finger food selections to multi-course buffets including children's menus and special dietary requirements.

Sliding bi-fold doors and floor to ceiling glass encompass the entire building, designed to capture the natural light and parkland views.  The surrounding balcony overlooking landscaped gardens and natural bushland, provides a beautiful outdoor environment for your guests to socialise and enjoy the fresh air and rural ambience.

• The Parkview Lounge and dining area is ideal for intimate gatherings offering a flexible room layout to seat up to 50 guests for set menus, or using the relaxing lounge area for pre-dinner drinks and canapés - up to 75 guests (standing room). 
• The Fairfax function room caters from 50 to 250 guests for cocktail events or up to 150 for sit down multi-course menus.
• For outdoor receptions, corporate or charity events, our premier white marquee seats up to 250 people including elevated stage and dance floor ,or 300 excluding extra options.

Various entertainment options are available from a string ensemble to vocalists and musicians, DJ services, jukebox or karaoke, along with decoration suppliers, photographers, and AV specialists to create and enhance your party theme.
